Centurian Features

Electro-mechanical Indexer Drive
Provides long-term reliability and smooth, station-to-station indexing.

Indexer Locking Forks
Dual, pneumatically controlled V-forks provide precision locking of indexer during the print cycle for +/-.001" registration repeatability.

Electro-mechanical Timing Belt Carriage Drive
Ensures consistent, long-term print stroke action at all print speeds and pressures; no chains to stretch or wear out.

PLC Controller with Touch-Interface
Central database with interface incorporates new diagnostic and production data feedback features for greater operator efficiency and control. Multiple menus offer the latest control features and capabilities such as Missed Pallet and Load In/Load Out. Software upgrades are available.

Special Set-up/Production Mode
Allows the operator to control the indexer from any print station during setup. Eliminates the need for boom control without having to use the master control panel.

Pallet Tip Support
Maintains identical off-contact from front-to-back regardless of squeegee pressure applied.

Lock-In Head
Head will not lift during print cycle regardless of squeegee pressure; ideal for even tonal coverage print after print.

Unobstructed Screen Visibility
Allows a clear view of the image area for easy screen alignment and ink refill before and during production.

High Screen Lift
18" high lift mode provides easy access for cleaning or wiping the screens without going beneath the print head.

Squeegilizer
Pneumatically controls and maintains uniform print pressure along the entire squeegee blade.

Pneumatic Rear Screen Clamps
Fingertip controlled system is independently operated at each station. Speeds setup for total up-front print head control

Remote Diagnostics
A phone-modem connection provides a direct link between the printer's on-board microprocessor and the central A.W.T. diagnostics computer. The instant service feature reduces downtime by up to 80% and minimizes the need for expensive on-site service calls.
